This Privacy Policy explains what information Biotapy(the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Account data. When you sign up we store your email address and an encrypted password (handled by our authentication provider).
Profile content. The handle, display name, bio, avatar, links, social profiles, and theme you add to your page.
Usage analytics. Aggregate page views and link clicks on your public page, so you can see how it performs. We do not sell this data.
We use your information to operate the Service: to authenticate you, render your public page, provide analytics, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to run Biotapy, including Supabase (authentication, database, and storage) and our hosting platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which removes your profile, links, and associated data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these directly in your dashboard, or contact us for help.
Biotapy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Questions about your privacy? A support contact will be added before launch.
