These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Biotapy(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Biotapy.
You retain ownership of the links, text, images and other content you add to your page. By posting content you grant Biotapy a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to publish it.
You agree not to use Biotapy to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content; to distribute malware or spam; to violate the rights of others; or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Biotapy is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, we will give you notice and your continued use of any paid feature will be subject to the pricing shown at that time.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your public page will no longer be accessible.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biotapy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
